Shipping and Processing

Domestic Shipping 

We offer free standard domestic shipping for orders over 3000PHP.

Standard: After processing, your order will arrive within 3-7 business days.

Expedited: After processing, your order will arrive within 3 business days.

Please allow up to 3 business days for processing prior to your order shipping. Note that peak periods (holidays and promos) may result in additional processing time. 

During peak periods, shipping carriers can experience delays which may affect an order’s estimated delivery date. Please check your tracking number for updates. 

Please note that once an order has been placed, we are unable to make changes to it.  

International Shipping 

We just started shipping internationally. DHL is our international courier partner and pricing will be available during checkout. We have shipped to North America Hawaii, Korea and New Zealand, the estimated arrival to these countries we're between 2-3weeks.

Taxes, duties, and fees are the responsibility of the customer. For more information, please contact your local customs office.  

Returns and Exchanges

Return Policy 

Unused, unworn, and unwashed Alima Worldwide products can be returned or exchanged within 30 days.

How do I return my order? 

Domestic customers can start a return or exchange at any time by contacting us at orders@alimaworldwide-giftshop.com or by contacting us through our IG, alima.giftshop

How long does it take for my return or exchange to be processed? 

Please allow up to 15 days for your return to be processed after it has arrived at our shop . Peak periods can result in longer processing times.
